Photo-Fractional Rejuvenation
Photo-fractional rejuvenation is a comprehensive procedure that combines two effective methods: photorejuvenation (IPL) and non-ablative fractional laser treatment (ResurFX). This approach, even after the first session, not only rejuvenates the skin but also addresses multiple skin concerns simultaneously, such as pigmentation spots, acne, vascular issues, and epidermal cell renewal.
Mechanism of Action
-
First stage – IPL photorejuvenation:
Intense pulsed light with wavelengths from 400 to 1200 nm and Optimal Pulse Technology (OPT) heats dermal cells. This stimulates collagen and elastin production and targets vascular and pigmented lesions. -
Second stage – Non-ablative fractional laser (ResurFX):
Using a 1565 nm wavelength with CoolScan scanning technology and contact cooling, the laser remodels the skin to even out texture and stimulate natural cellular renewal.
